Dougal (Raven)
Dougal was young when he was brought to the Centre in 2018. He had been abandoned by his parents. NIWRA’s veterinarian determined he is blind. He will remain at the Centre as Animal Ambassador in our education program. “Dougal” means “Dark Stranger.”
